Important Commitments & Expectations

Armis Christian Academy is committed to cultivating a learning environment rooted in academic excellence, Christ-centered discipleship, and mutual respect. Enrollment at Armis reflects a shared commitment between the academy and families to uphold the values, expectations, and responsibilities outlined below.

Armis Christian Academy plans class offerings carefully for each academic year. Once classes are filled, additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Placement from the waitlist is dependent upon availability and enrollment changes.

Because Armis teachers are paid based on enrollment, families are responsible for paying tuition for the entire academic year once a student is enrolled, even if a family chooses to withdraw their student during the school year.

Admission is not considered complete until all required documentation has been received and reviewed by Armis Christian Academy. This includes transcripts and a behavioral questionnaire from the student’s previous school. These documents should be sent directly to the registrar at ACA@armischristianacademy.com.

Armis operates as a hybrid educational model, providing on-campus instruction one to two days per week. Students are responsible for completing the remainder of their coursework at home. Students who experience the greatest success in this model are those who receive consistent accountability and support from a parent or mentor while work is being completed at home.

Parents or guardians of Armis students are required to submit a Declaration of Intent to Homeschool with the Georgia Department of Education each year, in accordance with state requirements. This declaration is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

What Happens After You Apply

Once Armis Christian Academy receives all required documents, including your completed application and records from any previous school, the admissions process begins. A member of our admissions team will contact you directly to schedule an interview.

Depending on the volume of applications being processed, this timeline may range from a few days to, at times, a couple of weeks. We appreciate your patience as we carefully and prayerfully review each application.

Armis is a small team committed to cultivating an environment where academic excellence, Christ-centered discipleship, and meaningful community are intentionally woven together. Each application is reviewed personally and with great care.

At Armis Christian Academy, we prayerfully and thoughtfully curate an educational environment that blends academic rigor, classical instruction, Christ-centered discipleship, and genuine community. We are honored that you would consider Armis as part of your child’s educational journey.
