Before You Apply
Parents / Guardians: Please read the following carefully before completing the application.
- Armis Christian Academy plans classes for the upcoming school year in advance. Once classes are filled, students will be placed on a waiting list.
- Receipt of admissions paperwork begins the admissions process. Admission is not complete until all required documentation has been received and reviewed.
- Students who have the greatest opportunity to succeed in our hybrid environment are those who have accountability from a parent or mentor while work is being completed at home. Armis provides instruction for each class one to two days per week. Students are responsible for completing the remainder of their schoolwork at home.
Application Process
Complete the online application.
At least one parent is required to include a written testimony of his or her walk of faith with Jesus Christ as part of the application. Current families do not need to complete this again.Pay your application fee.
Applications will not be considered until the application fee has been paid.Once payment is received, you will receive an email with an approval code required on the application.

Important Policies & Information
Fees & Important Deadlines
The application fee increases on June 1st from $150 to $175.
The registration fee for returning students increases on June 1st from $125 to $150.
If you have three or more students who are applying to Armis, the maximum amount you will pay is $400. Contact Armis before you begin the application process if this applies.
Acceptance, Registration, and Placement
Once student(s) are accepted to Armis Christian Academy, you will receive an acceptance letter. Then, you will move to the registration process.
Current parents must complete a re-enrollment application and pay the registration fee to secure placement for next year.

Tuition Responsibility (Withdrawal Policy)
Because Armis teachers are paid based on enrollments, parents are responsible for paying tuition for the entire year even if parents choose to withdraw their students during the school year.
Required Student Records (Transcripts + Behavioral Questionnaire)
Admission is not complete until transcripts and a behavioral questionnaire from the student’s previous school are received and reviewed by Armis. Links to the transcript request form AND behavioral questionnaire are provided on page one of the general applicaiton form.
These should be sent to the registrar at ACA@armischristianacademy.com.
You are welcome to verify with your current school that your student’s records have been sent in a timely manner to ACA@armischristianacademy.com.
Books & School Supplies
Parents are responsible for purchasing the required books and school supplies needed for class before the beginning of school in August.
Once students are registered, book and supply lists will be sent directly to the parents / guardians.
Georgia Homeschool Requirement (Declaration of Intent)
Armis parents are required to submit a Declaration of Intent (DOI) to Homeschool with the Georgia Department of Education each year.

Interview Scheduling
Once Armis has received your completed application, application fee, and all required documentation, including transcripts and the behavioral questionnaire from any previous school, the admissions review process begins.
A representative of Armis will contact you directly to schedule your interview.
Depending on the number of applications we are processing, this review period may take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks.
