Armis Teachers

Mrs. Katherine Bunn
Mrs. Katherine Bunn is our 1st/2nd grade teacher. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Science with a focus on Early Childhood & Adolescent Development. She spent most of her teenage years babysitting and then becoming a nanny to multiple families. In addition, she was a preschool teacher for two years. Once she became a mom, she and her husband, Shane, knew they wanted to homeschool. She began homeschooling her oldest son in kindergarten. Many of their friends and family spoke highly of hybrid programs, and this led her and her husband to Armis. The Bunns want their three children to have the best of both worlds and a hybrid school is the best fit! Mrs. Bunn attends Woodstock Church Jasper where she volunteers in the Children’s Ministry.
